Responsibilities
Strong project management skills are required for initiating and reviewing various projects with an in-house agency team.
Develop a basic understanding of key division information and business operations.
Handle office administration responsibilities like processing invoices and entering MLS listings.
Tour communities weekly throughout the metro area.
Collaborate with outside vendors for marketing needs such as signage and contract negotiations.

Required
4-year degree in Marketing or related field preferred, plus 2-4 years of marketing experience at minimum.
Knowledge of strategic field marketing and tactics including; signage, print, online and event marketing.
Must have superb verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and intermediate computer experience (broad understanding of Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
Position requires high energy, creativity, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Must have the ability to think critically and make decisions.
Homebuilder or real estate marketing experience preferred.
