Responsibilities
Lead annual compliance audit components, including interaction with 3PAO.
Curate System Security Plan and any other documentation and policies.
Stay apprised of potential changes to FedRAMP elements and ensure compliance.
Govern elements of Continuous Monitoring process.
Act as point of contact with Joint Authorization Board.
Structure Significant Change Requests with technical teams.
Support other GRC related efforts such as assisting with certifications and policy optimization.
Support Enterprise Risk Management Program and integration of acquired companies.

Required
Expert in FedRAMP, NIST, and compliance
Experience with FedRAMP, including authoring and maintenance of FedRAMP-related CSP-based deliverables
Experience in security and compliance of SaaS solutions
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong technical, security, and compliance background
3+ years of experience supporting and leading elements of a FedRAMP program
Deep familiarity with cyber security control frameworks, particularly NIST CSF and NIST 800-53
10+ years of Cyber Security experience, with 5+ years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance
Bachelors and/or master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field
Preferred
Experience working with auditors and the FedRAMP JAB
Experience with Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) process, including governance of POA&Ms
Experience with Joint Authorization Board (JAB) interactions
Experience with Significant Change Requests
Experience with other certifications such as ISO 27001
Experience in policy rationalization and optimization
Experience supporting Enterprise Risk Management Program
Experience in integrating newly acquired companies into processes
Certifications related to FedRAMP, NIST, or other relevant areas
Experience with NIST rev5
Experience with information security program management
Experience with data privacy and related training
