Responsibilities
Define and implement the product marketing strategy for the product area, including messaging, positioning, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
Partner closely with product, sales, and policy teams to create compelling materials for sales teams, marketing campaigns, and launch new products.
Source and analyze audience, customer, and market insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
Define and implement the product's marketing launch strategy, release marketing, and customer engagement.
Engage with customers, industry analysts, and internal teams to identify key buyer personas and value propositions.
Be a subject-matter expert on product strategy, roadmap, and features, and equip the Marketing team with knowledge for compelling content and campaigns.
Work with Sales to develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy and define the sales engagement strategy.
Share accountability for lead generation and pipeline targets with a data-driven approach.
Build and reinforce a culture of diversity, inclusion, and high performance.

Required
5+ years of B2B product marketing experience
A strong track record of product messaging, positioning and strategies for B2B enterprise software products
Strong writing and storytelling skills enabling them to translate complex subjects into compelling narratives
A customer-first mindset that translates into crisp, differentiated messaging & positioning; uniquely compelling events; and consistently stellar experiences across every touchpoint
Comfort with fast-paced, scrappy environments, with a bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done
A deep (and a little nerdy?) interest in how software products work, particularly in the climate space, combined with a growth mindset
