Responsibilities

Leverage demonstrated experience in project planning, controlling, and closing, stakeholder management, and consensus building.

Review contracts for compliance and protection of company interests.

Gather project-related documents such as proposals, customer requirements, and equipment selection information.

Assemble project team and coordinate project requirements.

Develop, adjust, and manage project schedules and timelines based on contract requirements.

Serve as the single point of project contact for external and internal customers.

Facilitate project communication and disseminate project-related information.

Develop project charters, business cases, and other relevant project documents.

Create and maintain issues and risk logs, facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Coordinate verification and release of project deliverables.

Manage project scope changes and resource planning.

Monitor project budget, provide feedback on excessive variations, and forecast project-related costs.

Process project-related invoicing, follow up on payments, and reconcile accordingly.

Prepare requisitions for purchased items and services.

Prepare project reports for external and internal customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in an original equipment design and manufacturing environment, preferably OEM Manufacturing

Experience with industrial equipment engineering, design, and fabrication a plus

Experience working with project scheduling and ERP software (preferably MicrosoftProject and D365)

Knowledge of general contract terms and conditions

Ability to read and understand technical documents (blueprints, Process Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), specifications, data sheets, etc.)

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

Ability to plan and manage multiple, complex projects with competing priorities

Strong client management skills with the ability to establish, build, and maintain relationships

Effective time management and logical decision-making ability; ability to work well under pressure

Preferred

Project Management Profession (PMP) preferred
