Responsibilities

Become a knowledgeable team player of Katz Live SSP, DSP, and partner business
Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals/objectives utilizing the Katz Live platforms
Answer questions regarding key inventory/yield metrics, and provide analytics/reviews to executive leadership
Conduct weekly evaluations of overall inventory, pricing, and go-to-market sales opportunities
Conduct weekly team meetings to review best practices
Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance
Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy for our advertisers
Be a power user of all Katz Live systems
Direct sellers/planners to specific resources available to be self-sufficient in Katz Live platforms
Work collaboratively in a queue/ticketing based system to respond to a large number of accounts with our partners
Provide consultation on implementation best practices for account management/set up
Identify & deliver actionable insights for advertising partners to best achieve KPIs

Required

3+ years experience in digital advertising, product marketing, consulting, business development, and/or other customer facing roles
Experience with Digital media/marketing strategy, data analysis and data analytics & visualization
Media planning & brand planning capabilities
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated track record of executing and delivering excellent results with speed and accuracy
Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
Innovative thinking and an ability to quickly and easily adapt to a changing environment
Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks & prioritize
Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google (Sheets, Data Studio etc)

Full proficiency and understanding of job function
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
