Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Manager with the development and updates of marketing collateral.

Submit all B2B marketing content through Master Control for review and approval.

Maintain OneBBG's Marketing Page.

Execute BioBridge Global's B2B social media calendar.

Monitor marketing program metrics. Social media (LinkedIn, Mail Chimp, etc.).

Support general marketing activities as needed.

Support the administration of BBG hosted meetings including invitation process, guest lists, venue, lodging, and transportation.

Track event expenses and provide event information to relevant internal teams.

Support event logistics such as room reservations, AV equipment, catering, etc.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing or Business

Must have knowledge of marketing concepts

Must understand sales and marketing relationships

Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions

Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Must have excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills

Must be able to keep information confidential

Must be neat in appearance and well-groomed

Must be professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, communicative, and have the ability to work independently

Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required
