Responsibilities

Streamline operations, manage timelines, ensure project success, and record project initiatives.
Manage Intake/Demand Process and execution of Development Management related program and project planning.
Oversee intake processes: incoming requests, assignment, communications, and follow-up.
Coordinate and lead scrum activities, planning, and execution within the Intake team.
Assist Leadership, Project Managers, and Product Managers with projects, reports, presentations, and intake requests.
Facilitate Intake meetings and provide leadership to project teams.
Coordinate project activities and timelines across multiple cross-functional teams.
Conduct gap analysis, implement process improvement solutions, and support Agile project management processes.
Review and provide support for Kanban and Jira tracking, updates, and reporting.
Manage a project team to successful achievement of project goals.
Data Entry in Jira, SharePoint, ETC.
Collaborate for release management, reporting, and tracking the patch verification process.
Develop and manage high-quality professional deliverables on projects and tasks.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
5 years of experience with a degree, plus 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Good decision-making and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and conduct research with minimal guidance and supervision.
Experience implementing process improvement strategies.
Ability to understand others' communication styles and respond in a way that will resonate with the audience.
General knowledge and understanding of the product release management process.
General knowledge and understanding of the product intake process.
Familiar with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documenting project requirements and updates.
Experienced in the basic components of project management: Planning/scheduling, reporting, risk management, project coordination, time management/deadlines, and documentation.
Proficient in the use of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, MS Teams, and Outlook.

Preferred

Experience within a Health IT environment is preferred, but not required.
Experience with Jira, GitHub, and SNOW is preferred, but not required.
Experience with Project Management Risk and Issue identification, and documentation is preferred, but not required.
Experience with Product Management Lifecycle is preferred, but not required.
Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs is preferred, but not required.
Experience supporting release management, in an Agile environment, is preferred, but not required.
Experience supporting risk management, in an Agile environment, is preferred, but not required.
Experience supporting product management intake processes and teams is preferred, but not required.
Experience tracking timelines and performance progress is preferred, but not required.
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills are preferred, but not required.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat PRO.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.
