Responsibilities

Ensure effective and accurate communication between relevant parties and provide feedback to Service Management, Process Management, and Sales Team.
Demonstrate process performance of tools at customer sites to pass acceptance tests and achieve system acceptance.
Develop a working knowledge of the technology for fault finding and root cause analysis.
Conduct customer training at OIPT and customer sites.
Adhere to Health and Safety and ISO9001 Quality procedures.
Liaise with Sales Team to align with customer expectations and background information.
Maintain accurate records of system status, warranty, parts, service contracts, and failures for trend analysis.
Keep project files updated with relevant information.
Provide detailed records of expenses incurred on behalf of the Company.
Apply specific knowledge of technology and hazards to support system implementation.

Required

Relevant science or engineering degree, Chemistry or Chemical engineering
Significant experience with the semiconductor industry or relevant experience in an academic institution
Experience with Thin film measuring (e.g SEM, AFM, etc.)
Experience with Ion Beam (Deposition and / or Etch) and/or General deposition or etch experience
Willingness and desire to travel frequently

Highly innovative and good lateral thinking skills for identifying opportunities for technology development applications

Good diagnostic skills and problem-solving abilities
Positive and enthusiastic attitude to technical challenges, and flexibility to cope effectively with changes to specifications or priorities
