Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end GTM strategies and lead cross-functionally for new product launches

Accountable for benchmarking KPIs and delivering sales adoption goals

Drive commercialization strategy and product portfolio alignment

Develop external collateral to educate prospects on AI/ML capabilities

Identify and articulate business value of utilizing AI/ML to stakeholders

Conduct market research on healthcare industry issues and competitors

Lead VOC interviews and translate insights into product GTM strategies

Partner with product management to align use cases and product roadmap

Present insights across the organization and provide recommendations

Create customer-facing collateral and develop product messaging

Build relationships with various teams and represent Consensus at events

Collaborate to create impactful sales enablement materials

Lead training and sales enablement efforts to enhance adoption of solutions

Perform other duties and responsibilities as required

Required

5+ years of product marketing and go to market experience within Software-as-a service (SaaS), including bringing new offerings to market, as well as driving revenue & customer growth.

3+ years of experience within technology companies focused on secure data exchange, with a preference for healthcare settings.

2+ Years of experience in product marketing relating to AI-driven products

Comfortable in a remote first work environment and familiarity of tools, (Slack, Zoom, Fellow)

Experience with Google Workspace, (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gmail)

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to deliver strong, predictable results

Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills, as well as an effective communicator at all levels

Utilizes analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations for business growth
