Responsibilities
Manage an examination program that fulfills legal and regulatory responsibilities while minimizing business and product impact
Support preparation of exam requests and inquiries, review document and data requests, coordinate with team members, manage follow-ups, and ensure all responses are submitted accurately
Support remediation project planning and tracking
Manage data input and management into the repository/GRC, setting deadlines, and ensuring correct documentation
Partner with the Regulatory Examination Project Manager to escalate and resolve issues
Track, interpret, and operationalize legal and regulatory requirements

Required
5+ years direct experience with federal regulatory examinations (FDIC, FRB, OCC, or CFPB) and bank partnership lending models
Familiarity with lending regulations, banking regulations and financial services industry best practices
Experience creating and implementing efficient operational and logistical efficiencies; development of a repository or maintenance of a GRC tool
Strong organizational, process, and project management skills
Experience interpreting and explaining legal and regulatory obligations clearly across multiple disciplines and levels
