Responsibilities
Develop plans for meeting program and project goals.
Manage and perform engineering design tasks.
Perform engineering calculations and evaluations.
Prepare reports.
Perform alternatives analyses.
Develop engineering plans and specifications.
Complete permit applications, coordinate with regulators, and obtain permits.
Provide guidance for projects under construction.

Required
B.S. or M.S. degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or electrical engineering or a related field.
Engineer-in-Training certification or ability to obtain it.
2-10 years of engineering design experience, with a site/civil or fuel system focus.
Preferred
Practical experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or MicroStation is preferred.
