Responsibilities

You will report to the Director of Product Management and will be developing and executing the roadmap, documenting requirements, working with R&D to plan, track, and deliver product features, and engaging with sales to advance opportunities.
Responsible for documenting and managing a product roadmap and being able to clearly communicate value to internal stakeholders and clients.
Work with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to support the physical kiosk quote and build efforts, and our software-based communication services.
Works with software engineering teams on new products and current product enhancements and evolves our customer experience solutions.
Acts as a subject matter expert for products within the portfolio. Evangelizes products to internal teams and external clients, and answers questions related to the products.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or comparable technical discipline
Proficiency in English in a business environment
5-8 years of experience in product management functions
Demonstrated experience documenting and prioritizing requirements
Strong project and program management experience
Strong business analysis skills to assess challenges and propose solutions, subject to constraints
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of digital engagement solutions (e.g., web applications) and communication technologies (inbound/outbound voice applications, SMS/MMS, email) is highly desirable
