Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate onsite merchandising for Holiday

Create processes and mechanisms to ensure quality execution of onsite merchandising strategy; manage issues and ensure timely updates are completed

Ensure vendor COOP commitments are accurately represented onsite; manage in-season requests for inclusion/support

Lead in-event 'reactionary' and trending content; coordinate product curation and necessary creative assets

Conduct analysis of event performance and partner with Product Marketing Managers on optimization

Manage inputs and updates for pre-launch planning updates and communication (flash emails, wiki)

Required

2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising

Preferred

Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel

Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
