Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with (potential) customers.
Generate purchase orders to meet or exceed annual goals.
Continually contact prospective customers based on leads from business directories or other sources.
Maintain & submit appropriate records for forecasting, quote status & expenses.
Assist Applications Engineers as needed in developing solutions to the customer’s needs.
Support all aspects of sales and marketing for the geographic territory including market research, lead generation, value proposition development, and aftermarket sales.
Coordinate with Business Units to align product offerings with market needs and identify unique IP opportunities.
Set goals and align activities to support them.

Required
5+ years of previous sales and new business development experience.
Possess a winning and creative approach to work when identifying customer solutions.
Proven ability to continually grow and develop accounts based on leads from customer stakeholders and prospecting within other divisions of their organization.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Remainder of time is home-based.
