Responsibilities

Managing technical solutions and implementations

Overseeing timelines and processes

Facilitating internal and external communications

Engaging stakeholders according to the RACI framework

Managing risks and escalations

Assisting during the pre-sales phase

Defining the project’s scope and objectives

Crafting, editing, and reviewing project documentation

Budgetary estimations and financial report tracking

Defining and monitoring timelines throughout project lifecycle

Ensuring transitions between project phases are communicated effectively

Liaising and communicating with all project stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear and deliverables are timely

Working bilaterally with both the customer and product teams to ensure features and development timelines meet project requirements

Aligning all roles and responsibilities for project-based contractors and 3rd party engagements with system integrators and suppliers

Providing clear, comprehensive, and ongoing reporting to key stakeholders

Defining project purchasing needs and working with EVS Procurement department

Managing the development, validation, installation, and acceptance of the customer solution in the factory and at the customer site

Ensuring technical support for customer Go-live via operational readiness

Integrating support team activities prior to start-up ensuring clean hand-off to support team
