Responsibilities
Creates and executes territory plans, aligning with regional resources.
Positions BHHC as the market of choice with agents and target markets.
Monitors agency growth and profitability, develops profit improvement plans.
Manages agency partnerships to achieve growth goals and profitability standards.
Conducts in-person agency visits and participates in strategic meetings.
Educates agents on BHHC’s value proposition and target market opportunities.
Gathers competitor information, develops action plans based on intelligence.
Works with Marketing, Underwriting, and IT to enhance business capabilities.
Develops and maintains accurate Producer Profiles, Business Plans, and Agency Files.
Performs special assignments and projects as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Minimum of five years of related experience in the workers’ compensation insurance industry is required, preferably in a Marketing or Underwriting role.
To perform this job successfully the individual should be proficient on the Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly master proprietary and vended software applications.
