Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and arranging deliveries
Handle sensitive information as required by HIPPA and Agency guidelines
Manage internal and external communications via phone, email, and written correspondence
Coordinate with stakeholders such as staff, clients, visitors, and vendors
Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments
Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and documents
Maintain databases and perform data entry tasks
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Provide accurate documentation according to policies and procedures
Respond effectively to challenges, deadlines, and emergencies
Address consumer needs promptly and courteously
Represent the organization positively to external resources
Support the mission and values of SUS
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required
HSD or equivalent required
A minimum of one-year experience in an administrative setting
Some knowledge/experience working in the social service or related field is preferred
Computer literate in Microsoft suite, skill sets in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
College or continuing education preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
