Responsibilities

Understand and improve Regional reporting and interpret key metrics to identify business risks & opportunities by developing a strong understanding of the drivers behind regional revenue performance

Partner closely with regional leadership to understand their reporting needs, help make data-driven business decisions, and influence strategy

Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate them into insights that can be interpreted and actioned by business executives and stakeholders

Partner with the Analytics team to execute ad-hoc needs and inform future roadmap and work with a centralized analytics team to create self-service business reports and dashboards within Tableau, Salesforce, etc.

Serve as the liaison between the regional and Revenue Analytics teams to share regional needs to influence and guide development roadmaps

Partner with Operational leaders to provide data for QBRs and key projects and serve as the analytical lead for quarterly business reviews, providing data and analysis on ongoing business performance

Provide regional data and insights for key strategic projects and run the business initiatives

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field

5+ years of experience working as a business analyst in operations supporting Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing teams, experience in SaaS preferred

Ability to solve work independently, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present data to business audiences of all levels

Data-driven with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills and can effectively visualize data for presentations

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Tableau required

Preferred

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and project management skills
