Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance the delivery of global network services.

Provide leadership and direction to the Network Services Team with one direct report and 30 indirect reports based in the UK, India, Hong Kong, Philippines, US and Portugal.

Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to deliver exceptional network support services.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer service excellence, and team engagement.

Collaborate with senior management to align network services with the overall business objectives.

Evaluate and optimize current processes and systems to improve efficiency and service quality.

Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure the team meets or exceeds service expectations.

Lead the team in staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Mentor and develop team members, ensuring a high level of technical competence and professional growth.

Required

BA/BS degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in network management

MSP experience with a strong sense of customer service and priority

Experience with Solar winds, Palo Alto, Fortinet, ConnectWise, Logic Monitor, MCM, Panorama or similar tools

Relevant industry certifications, e.g., CCNP, CCIE or CISSP are highly desirable, but not required

Demonstrated experience in leading network support teams

Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills

Exceptional leadership and people management abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

May require occasional international travel to India and/or NY and flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
