Responsibilities

Managing the product portfolio to optimize profitability and support market growth.

Understanding the regional market structure, economics, trends, and competitive environment.

Implementing and managing regional development and commercial strategies.

Guiding the sales force on pricing, positioning, and customer communications.

Driving continuous improvements in cost, production, quality, and supply chain.

Managing product portfolio including launch, repositioning, and quality management.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business plan targets.

Following up on leads, prioritizing projects, and commercializing new sales opportunities.

Required

Possess a Chemical Engineering/Chemistry degree or closely related field and industry experience, of which some should be in Marketing, Sales or Product Management. PhD is preferred.

Are able to think strategically

Possess solid business and financial acumen, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills

Have deep knowledge of value chains in markets served by the chemical industry

Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, including: negotiation, influencing, presentation, reporting, and relationship building

Are able to demonstrate your strong skills relative to project coordination, time management, multi-tasking, and delivering on commitments, Possessing strong organizational skills will be a valued asset.
