Responsibilities
Follow work procedure according to work center assigned.
Obey all safety rules, wear proper PPE, and adhere to 6S standard.
Refer to Best Practices manual for further direction.
Perform all daily TPM activities as required.
Assist engineers and supervision to make improvements to parts, methods, fixturing, and workplace organization for continuous improvement.

Required
High School/GED
Strong shop mathematics (trigonometry) aptitude and the ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, mics and other gauges)
Ability to run at least three areas such as CNC Lathe, Broach, Milling, Burring, Gear Hobbing, Gear Grinding, Gear Shaping, Straightening, etc
