Responsibilities

Provide support to end users, application programmers, computer operations personnel, and network personnel regarding daily production processing and applications development activities.

Define and test the parameters of Computer Aided Design tools used at Moog, including defining standards, best practices, and procedures.

Identify and assess trends/problems, evaluate impact/priority, and escalate to the Development Team for fixes or changes.

Document incident/request closure lessons learned and share knowledge within the Support Team.

Become an expert in A&D PLM software, tools, and business processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about software and hardware, assist in troubleshooting problems, and develop relationships with software vendors.

Evaluate user improvement requests against the A&D PLM strategy and support A&D PLM by interfacing with PLM Business Analysts, users, and Subject Matter Experts.

Required

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a technical discipline, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering

Program or project experience with requirements management and risk mitigation

Working knowledge of both Teamcenter PLM Application and MCAD Applications, specifically NX

Working knowledge of NX CAD

Strong background with Teamcenter/PLM integration with NX

Proficient English skills, both written and verbal

Preferred

2-4 years of experience

Additional languages are a plus
