Responsibilities
Customer Expertise: Become the go-to expert on your persona base, with insights from macro & micro level customer feedback to inform into Product development, GTM strategies, positioning and messaging on a regular basis
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of GTM plans for new and existing products in your portfolio, and serve as the liaison between Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Technology Partners to align GTM and launch timelines to releases for Operations and Field Personas
Messaging & Positioning: Own the external-facing messages and content creation strategy for product releases for the Operations and Field persona, and ensure releases are communicated to in such a way to express the differentiated value clearly and translated into content that drives engagement across marketing channels
Analytics and Reporting: Strategize how to achieve key metrics, and monitor performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives
Market Research: Identify opportunities for growth and build business plans that clearly define new market, and product differentiation opportunities including trends and challenges
Event Participation: Represent Procore at industry trade events, executive forums, partner meetings, and roadshows and produce and present compelling presentations - up to 25% travel (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices
Collaborative Partner: Ensure internal groups are aligned with go-to-market strategies, primary personas, and can properly position Procore with the necessary information and collateral to execute successfully for their remit

Required
Construction experience or knowledge of the construction industry
10+ years of product marketing experience
Solid marketing expertise, including launch strategy and execution, positioning, pricing, and packaging with excellent public speaking and presentation skills; ability to create high-quality presentations in Google Slides
Analytic and creative mindset; attention to detail and quality of deliverables and comfortable with deadlines and ensuring execution through measured results
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, and development
Ability to take complete ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities and develop plans that inspire others
Proven track record of results and demonstrated career progression
Preferred
MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
Knowledge of SaaS platform solutions focused on mobile processes is a plus
