Responsibilities

Support Finance Management Business Processes:
Provide expertise in Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee Financial Statement Close Processes, adhering to established timelines and standards.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Manage Financial Accounting and Reporting Operations/Technology, leveraging systems and tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Implement performance management and measurement strategies, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, to evaluate and improve financial performance.
Transaction Processing and Analysis:
Facilitate journals processing and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Manage inter-company processing, clearing, and settlements, ensuring proper reconciliation and elimination of inter-company balances.
Conduct consolidations and elimination processes to produce accurate and reliable financial reports.
Perform variance/fluctuation analysis and transaction matching to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
System Implementation and Integration:
Lead system implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize financial management tools such as BlackLine, Trintech, Oracle, and others.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of implemented systems.
Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience in supporting Finance Management business processes, including R2R, OTC, Financial Statement Close Processes, etc.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Hands-on experience with system implementations in financial management tools such as BlackLine, Trintech, Oracle, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred

Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
