Responsibilities
Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
Knowledge of conventional material removal techniques and practices.
Interact with tool vendors regularly to support production of broach cutters.
Broaden knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy.
Understand key business drivers and integrate work with other teams.
Resolve technical issues and make decisions within defined framework.
Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE.
Explain technical information to others.
Lead a junior team and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
