Responsibilities

Operations Support

Act as the face of the office

Maintain and manage office and team needs

Support with company events, initiatives, and administrative tasks

Support to Food & Beverage Teams

Assist with creation, maintenance, and improvement of internal and external documents

Support project leaders with administrative tasks to ensure project success

Learn about food and beverage operations and act as another set of eyes/hands/ears on projects

Support to Company Leadership

Undertake unique research projects in support of company improvement

Utilize company softwares to keep Leadership organized and prepared

Microsoft OfficeFluent in EnglishSocial media managementDesign software proficiency

Required

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative (Hospitality front of house or back of house experience a plus)

Fluent in English speaking, writing and comprehension

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Preferred

Experience with social media management (writing content, creating imagery, etc.) a plus

Proficiency with design softwares (Canva, InDesign, etc.) a plus
