Responsibilities

Work with engineering team and product managers to design and implement end to end solutions

Lead the engineering team to effectively estimate, develop & deploy the applications

Set high benchmarks for quality and performance of deliverables through automation & process implementation

Build and maintain Revit plugin components using appealing visual design while maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code

Spearhead & propose the coding design standards ensuring modularity, easy change management and loose coupling of deliverables

Mentor team members in writing, designing effective solutions with quality; Review PRs to pro-actively highlight/address bottlenecks

Thrive developing within an agile environment by working closely with other members of the agile team

Work closely with engineering leadership and product to estimate efforts, time and change impact

Champion the quality issues through effective root cause analysis minimizing the impact on customers, quality and schedules

Work across team boundaries; highlight risks, issues positively and propose solutions to nurture a healthy team attitude and results

Drive the team’s productivity and growth aligned to customer and SBD objectives

Required

Proven experience in hands-on Architecting & Developing Revit Plugins

In-depth experience with implementation of OOP design patterns in enterprise solutions

Familiarity with databases and backend technologies (e.g., MySQL, nodejs, etc.)

Experience in mentoring team members and managing multiple tasks effectively

In-depth knowledge of developing in Windows, C# environment

Deep experience in effort estimation, agile development, quality control methodologies

Degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred

Experience in engineering, construction, or pre-fabrication

Experience in shipping commercial products
