Responsibilities
Managing and leading federal projects and programs, ideally for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), the U.S. Air Force, or other Federal Agencies.
Building and leading successful program management teams.
Collaborating closely with other Architecture, Engineering, and General Contractors.
Managing and directing professional and technical staff to complete complex architectural and engineering projects.
Achieving contractual performance and financial milestones across the lifespan of multiyear / multitask order contracts.
Managing aspects of a program such as oversight of project managers, oversight of project controls or similar.
Providing direction and oversight to AECOM staff and subcontractors.
Conducting project invoicing and cash flow management.
Analyzing financial statements and completing budget tracking.
Preparing work plans, organizing project studies, and developing unique solutions to problems.
Providing staff feedback for continued improvement.
Developing business growth strategies, client engagement plans, and technical approaches for proposals.
Preparing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Reviewing Design Documents and coordinating design reviews with stakeholders.
Managing larger projects with increasing leadership responsibilities.
Communicating effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Required
BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
U.S. Citizenship is required
Valid Driver’s License Required
Preferred
Preferred 15+ years of experience managing project and programs
Licensed PE or RA
Familiarity with DoD and Federal-Civilian agencies, installations, missions, and cultures
Existing relationship with Federal clients in the PNW Region
Experience with Design-Build delivery and partnering with General Contractors
Graduate Degree in an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management field
Ability to work in Fast-paced environment and Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Ability to communicate at a high level with senior leaders within AECOM and/or the client's organization
