Responsibilities

Lead verification planning and architect test automation strategy for medical device development projects.

Verify and validate embedded and application software using test automation for complex system interactions.

Design and develop automation verification protocols for class-2 medical devices, review requirements, manage protocol execution, analyze results, and write reports.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering plus 2 years of related experience

Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering plus 1 year of related experience

1 year of experience in software development engineer in test (SDET) in a regulated industry

1 year of experience in programming languages such as C, C#, Python, VB Script, Shell scripting

1 year of experience in communication protocols such as CANOpen-Cia425, TCP/IP, etc.

1 year of experience in V&V Engineering and FDA design controls for medical device design and development

1 year of experience in Tools and Technologies in medical device industry: DICOM, HL7, MIRTH Connect

Preferred

Experience with DevOps environment and tools such as Jenkins, Amazon Web Services, Jira, Git/GitHub/Rational Team Concert

Experience working in a matrix/hybrid organization structure with cross-functional leadership skills

Experience using Electronic test management tools such as Rational Quality Manager (RQM)

Experience using requirement management tool Doors Next Gen (DNG)

Experience using software configuration/version control (MKS) and bug tracking tools (Jira)

Experience in Database testing using tools like MySQL, SQL Server, SQL or MongoDB

Experience in Rest API testing

Experience with automation framework Tricentis Tosca
