Responsibilities
Participates in cross functional projects and BI initiatives between business and technical teams; leveraging BI best methods, standards, and capabilities.
Partners with and supports BI leadership and technical teams with database requirements based on business needs for reporting and analytics.
Performs research and analysis of data sources to enhance or create new BI capabilities.
Contributes to the planning and development of technical platforms to support reporting and analytics.
Participates in the overall execution (design, development, and testing) of dashboard or report delivery as well as data analysis utilizing BI applications.
Utilizes testing best practices for new or modified dashboards and reports against specifications, test plans, and requirements.
Identifies data discrepancies, root causes, and suggests improvements or next steps for resolution.
Communicates analytical findings to business leaders and suggests next steps for future analysis where applicable.

Required
Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, math, statistics, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years experience in business intelligence, data, reporting, or analytics
Experience with or knowledge of BI applications (i.e. Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, QlikView, SFDC, HTML, Javascript, etc)
Comfortable using SQL. May also be skilled with working in R and Python
Ideal candidate has SFDC Reporting experience and familiarity with Salesforce.com SOQL and/or SFDC Development Tools (Javascript, AJAX, SOAP, REST)
Understands design and application of relational concepts of databases/data warehousing for BI applications
Demonstrates rapid ability to build acumen for qualitative and statistical analysis
Demonstrates project and process management skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
