Responsibilities
Analyze large data sets using statistical techniques and tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into data and analysis requirements
Identify data quality issues and help develop solutions to improve data integrity, accuracy, and completeness
Lead data collection, cleansing, and manipulation processes to ensure data is readily accessible and easy to work with
Enter all changes associated with company Org changes and daily operational changes into the HR systems
Assist with analyzing and validating the payroll processing to ensure accuracy of the entries based on known issues and the data in the database
Assist with basic reporting and compilation requests from the business

Required
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required
1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis
Knowledge and use of HRIS systems – ADP a plus
Proven experience in analyzing large and complex datasets
Must have advanced knowledge in Excel, including use of pivot tables, charts, and graphs
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive delivery of communication and follow up
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
Self-motivated and forward-thinking
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
