Responsibilities
Creating and implementing regional marketing plans to achieve business and sales targets, including working closely with the global marketing team and regional sales manager.
Translating product and market requirements into marketing messages, creating content, and effectively communicating it to the regional market.
Planning, coordinating, and executing regional events, including trade shows and conferences.
Executing market and segment-specific campaigns, account-based marketing plans, and taking ownership of lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads, grow pipeline, and increase brand awareness in the region.
Overseeing partner and channel marketing strategy to prioritize strategic partners for joint marketing activities.
Monitoring progress and measuring results of all key marketing campaigns through regular pipeline reviews and deal tracking.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business development or a related field.
1-2 years experience in marketing, preferably in industrial sector / manufacturing industry.
Familiar with digital marketing, marketing automation and ABM.
Ability to produce content in different formats: e.g. video, blog, social media, etc.
Knowledge on Salesforce, (Hubspot) + Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Creative Cloud is appreciated.
Must be collaborative, able to multi-task, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional & virtual team in a matrix organisation.
Willingness to travel nationally and, if necessary, internationally.
Preferred
Knowledge of the machine vision or automation industry is a plus.
