Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure quality control standards are met.
Update and manage the automation infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
Work closely with engineers and product managers to understand product requirements and functionalities, ensuring a high level of test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
Continuously improve test automation strategies and coverage, integrating new tests within CI/CD pipeline.
This role is also responsible for other duties as assigned.

Required

Minimum of 5 years’ post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various types of software applications
Experience with testing tools such as BrowserStack, Percy, Grafana K6, Playwright
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Github Actions

Preferred

Experience with WCAG accessibility standards and accessibility testing
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS
Knowledge of security testing tools
Completion of Harvard IT Academy specified foundational courses (or external equivalent) preferred
