Responsibilities

Execute and project-manage the multi-year facility growth and expansion plan in excess of $1.4 billion.

Serve as the voice of the customer for the Greater Silicon Valley Market on all facility growth and expansion matters.

Ensure all work for scope, budget, and schedule, including coordination, monitoring, and reporting on design and construction activities.

Collaborate with market leaders and facility services team to administer consultant and construction agreements.

Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

12 years of recent relevant experience

Familiarity with health care construction building codes and regulations

Knowledge of space programming and allocation cost analysis

Understanding of discretionary approval processes

Knowledge of construction means and methods

Understanding of construction processes and procedures

Knowledge of contract implementation

Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in delivering health care facilities

Verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities

Work group facilitation skills

Human resource management skills

Negotiation skills

Consultative skills

Client relationship management skills

Familiarity with computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel
