Responsibilities
Coordinate the creation and introduction of solutions with process owners and key users.
Lead workshops with internal customers, process experts, and IT.
Develop efficient, safe, and compliant methods for supply chain operations.
Ensure all business unit requirements are understood, documented, and implemented in IT projects.
Monitor change/development processes and system changes.
Work in cross-functional teams for MES/ERP and related systems.
Manage change requests and sub-project management.
Develop training plans and coordinate training initiatives.
Review processes, analyze data, and recommend actions for improvement.
Monitor and ensure integrity and accuracy of relevant master data in SAP.

Required
BS. Degree computer science, mechanical engineering, operations, or equivalent; MBA is a plus
2+ years’ experience in systems development, design, product management or equivalent
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Experience with agile working methods such as SCRUM etc.
Basic knowledge and experience in supply chain operations
Experience in FDA regulated industry and familiarity with CFR 21 Part 11, GMP, SAS, and Sarbanes Oxley is a plus
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and information quickly
Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business
Excellent Presentation, Communication & Inter-Personal skills
Willing to travel as needed
Preferred
MBA is a plus
Basic knowledge of systems engineering is a plus
