Responsibilities
Serves as the highest-level technical expert, providing technical leadership to ensure efficient project execution.
Evaluate existing software engineering processes and recommend improvements, including SDLC and Agile processes.
Develop and maintain new and existing systems, draft and execute plans, track project progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
Assist in project budget and schedule preparation, participate in process analysis, design, and implementation phases.
Act as a technical SME, prepare technical and design specifications, provide support in system acceptance testing and validation activities.
Review and recommend improvements to existing system designs, analyze project requirements, and provide technical and functional recommendations.
Lead Development Engineering teams, facilitate continuous process improvements, recommend new technologies for system performance and reliability.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a directly related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
Ten+ years of software engineering and development, including minimum five – seven years in technical leadership.
Must be very hands on with technologies: Angular, C#, SQL Server, Azure, Architecture Principles
Must be able to collaborate well with business and technology groups
