Responsibilities

Manage and deliver IT projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).

Ensure adherence to IT project governance standards.

Gather and document business and technical requirements.

Manage relationships with IT vendors and internal business units.

Develop and model business processes.

Utilize ServiceNow Project Management Module for tracking and managing projects.

Oversee performance management of IT projects.

Implement and manage organizational change initiatives.

Apply ITIL best practices to project management processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute

Certification as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

ITIL methodology certifications

Business Process Management certifications (e.g., Business Process Modeling & Notation, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP))

Organizational Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™), Change Management Specialist (CMS))

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executing projects using various project management methodologies (PMBOK, SCRUM/AGILE)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executing system implementations using various software development methodologies (e.g., SDLC)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing medium-sized or larger projects in a public sector IT organization
