Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and motivate a team of program/project managers to meet critical business objectives in a deadline-driven environment.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders across tech and non-tech roles to drive roadmap and communicate program vision.

Own and drive a portfolio of projects, leading resource allocation, and roadmap prioritization and communication. Proactively manage change control and communicate impacts to project scope, identify issues, and devising contingency plans.

Identify and manage project dependencies, leverage risk based prioritization and escalation paths to flag any blockers to senior leadership.

Required

5+ years of team management experience

5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience

5+ years of program or project management experience

Bachelor's degree
