Responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently manage cost, schedule, and performance using integrated program management processes across all aspects of performance and in a manner that yields cost savings and performance efficiencies.
Manage contract tasks in accordance with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). These include project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close the project.
Create and maintain project documentation for each task, including project charters, project management plans, quality management and assurance plan (QMAP), quality control plan, process improvement plan, project schedules, work breakdown structures, risk registers, lessons learned, requirements documents, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and others.
Develop and maintain a QMAP that addresses Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Deliverable Acceptance, and Process Audits and includes controls to ensure separation to produce independent, quality, and accurate results and deliverables. These controls shall ensure that staff assigned to teams requiring independence from each other as well as other teams, i.e., assessment and quality assurance teams, are dedicated to these teams and objective when assessing and reviewing other staff’s work.
Create and maintain an Integrated Master Project Schedule of all task areas, dependencies, and resources.
Provide monthly personnel roster reports validating the status of contract support staff (i.e., if the staff member is still working on the contract or not) with network accounts, and accounting for government-issued equipment.
Attend and organize regular status meetings with stakeholders.
Proactively track and follow up on deliverables and sub-tasks for each task.
Develop monthly status reports summarizing the status of completed, ongoing, upcoming tasks, work performed, and issues requiring the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) attention.

Required

At least eight (8) years of experience in program and project management supporting information security or cybersecurity projects for the federal government is required.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college and a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (as approved by the OCC COR) is required.
Hands-on experience using the Microsoft Office Project is required.
Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Information Assurance capabilities/tools (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, CSAM, Xacta, etc.) is required.
Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is required.

Preferred

Experience managing a team focused in Cyber Assurance and Compliance.
Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience managing a teamSecurity and Privacy Control Assessments.
Strong Quality Management skills
