Responsibilities

Build strategic forecasting capability by managing forecasting models and enhancing accuracy through statistical methods.

Develop automation products such as BI dashboards, reporting workflows, and business value-driven products.

Lead product development and innovation by creating predictive analytics products and piloting new tools.

Utilize advanced analytics and data science techniques to transform data into a strategic asset.

Collaborate with the Insights and Analytics team to advance analytical prowess and introduce new tools in AI and GenAI.

Required

15+ years of experience, and a proven track record in business analytics, predictive forecasting and data-driven product development management. Demonstrated experience in building and scaling data analytics capabilities within a CPG company.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in data modeling, analysis, and visualization tools. Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data visualization, SQL, Python/R, and machine learning frameworks.

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to influence and inspire teams across the organization.

Proven experience in driving change and building consensus among stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and business growth.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable evangelizing the value of data analytics and fostering a data-driven culture.
