Responsibilities
Provide timely, relevant, and accurate analytics to management to facilitate decision-making objectives.
Develop and maintain high-quality Excel-based financial models and other ad-hoc financial analysis.
Maintain forecasting, budgeting, and actual performance models.
Understand and communicate variance analysis against historical, budget, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Develop and maintain detailed revenue performance reporting inclusive of variance performance by reporting segments.
Assist with accounting month-end close deliverables.
Work collaboratively with groups across business and accounting segment to provide value-added analysis to business leaders.
Lead quarterly Revenue/Volume conversations with Program Managers.
Initiate and carry out special financial or planning projects of varying nature and complexity.
Participate in process improvement initiatives or projects related to business unit objectives.

Required
3+ years accounting, finance, financial analytics, or similar experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred
MBA a plus
Prior experience in management reporting
Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems
Excellent knowledge of financial statements
Large ERP system experience desired (SAP, Hyperion, TM1, Cognos, Essbase, etc)
