Responsibilities

OPJ solution design, including product canvas, digital functionality, long term fcst, P&L analysis, PI selection, registration launch strategy, etc.

Design squad team working model, lead team working as one team to ensure deliver milestone and final results

Close work with supporting functions including legal, compliance, purchasing to ensure internal process is smooth and control risk of product development

Ecosystem partner scouting and evaluation on healthcare digital or high tech

Post market promotion strategy and execution plan development, product upgrade and evidence generation

Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Required

Preferably bachelor and above of education and work-related experience

Outstanding Strategic and forward thinking

Strong professional and interpersonal skills to effectively operate on a global basis (i.e., aptitude for working with diverse cultural groups and appreciation of business or social dictums within disparate entities)

Additional Business qualification is highly desirable

Good convincing and negotiation skills with ability to clearly present and articulate a business position

Very good English communication skills (oral and written)

Above 2 years background in digital healthcare industry, 8 years background in pharma or medical device or IVD industry

Extensive experience of defining & developing Marking Strategy, and working cross function with various global functions in MNC; with experience in digital service area is a plus

Solid commercial acumen which can be demonstrated by previous successes in bringing the benefits of marketing, or operational experience to bear to capitalize on market opportunities

Strong track record in prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment for timely completion of projects
