Responsibilities
Act as a strategic liaison between security stakeholders and the development team to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
Create user stories to capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Analyze existing technical processes, identify automation opportunities, and drive process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user requirements and training procedures.
Participate in agile ceremonies to coordinate the software delivery lifecycle.
Conduct research, interpret technical documentation, and provide recommendations to solve complex challenges.

Required
3+ years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Experience working in a technical environment with exposure to cybersecurity concepts.
Proficiency in user story creation and business process mapping
1+ years of experience with direct programming or working as part of a software development team.
Experience conducting GAP analysis with proven ability to; elicit and understand business and functional requirements based on the team's specific needs and challenges
Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
Highly motivated and strong work ethic and commitment to accomplish assigned tasks.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
