Responsibilities

Perform monthly variance and trend analyses in relation to budget, forecast, and prior years while highlighting risks and opportunities.

Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts of operating expenses in partnership with various business leaders.

Support process and organization budgets and forecast cycles and own consolidation in planning tool.

Consolidate reports and presentations that summarize business results for executive leadership.

Collaborate with all key members of the Finance and Accounting teams to understand the story behind the numbers and synthesize results in a concise manner.

Continuously improve processes, systems, data sources, and controls to keep up with growth and build a scalable infrastructure.

Become an administrator and subject matter expert on financial planning tools, ensuring the integrity of reporting and driving process and system enhancements.

Provide ad-hoc projects and financial analytics as needed.
