Responsibilities

You'll work with others to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance. For example, you might build a tool that allows admins to manage all their workspaces at once.

You'll help improve performance and reliability, or polish existing features. For example, you might optimize our block data model.

You'll build internal tools to support simplicity and productivity for the whole team. This might include building dashboards and alerting to ensure that our features are reliable.

Required

8+ years of experience

Thoughtful problem-solving skills

Shipping quality user interfaces using Web technologies like HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React

Familiarity with backend systems and relational database systems like Postgres or MySQL

Pragmatic and business-oriented mindset

Putting users first and considering the impact of technology on real people's lives

Not being ideological about technology and being open to learning new technologies

Empathetic communication skills

Being a team player

Preferred

Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres

Prior experience working on Enterprise systems like SAML, SCIM, eDiscovery, and RBAC

Knowledge of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, and Alan Kay

Interests outside of technology such as art, history, or social sciences
