Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Assist in preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
Facilitate regular project meetings and prepare progress reports.
Ensure project teams are informed of project status, changes, and issues.
Provide high level of support to project managers, engineers, and design team.
Prepare various project related documents, reports, estimates, etc.
Prepare and submit permits, project documents, construction packages, etc.
Interact and work with internal CF groups and Clients.
Assist in documenting departmental and project related processes and procedures.
Assist with filing and document preparation for the department.
Contact and request drawings, documents, etc. from utilities, municipalities, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet critical project deadlines
Responsible for following all department and company quality assurance guidelines and procedures.
Demonstrated attention to details.
Training to meet company safety standards.
Perform independent research and adapt to changing priorities.
Work in a collaborative team environment and deliver accurate work product that is error free.
Adhere to CobbFendley’s safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment.
Maintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrity.

Required
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in project coordination, engineering, or in a related field managing medium/complex design projects
Proven self-starter with strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong experience with professional letters, reports and other communications
Excellent and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills with flexibility to work with a variety of team members
Proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of 2013 Microsoft Projects preferred
Knowledge of Deltek Vision software a plus
Understanding of engineering principles, construction process, and industry standards preferred. SAP experience is preferred
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines
Desire to collaborate with professionals and clients to increase your industry knowledge and grow in your career
