Required

5+ years of experience in Instructional Design for a SaaS company, creating educational content to distill technical acumen to non-technical audiences

Experience in medical software training programs

Experience leading large scale corporate education projects from intake to completion

Experience with ensuring accessibility standards in videos and educational content

Loves using learning theories and instructional design models to create tailored learning content to achieve optimal outcomes

Seasoned writer and storyteller capable of writing clear, engaging, and effective copy, instructional text, and scripts to different audiences

Has a portfolio or examples of work demonstrating solid instructional design and visual design principles

Well-versed in instructional design software, e-learning authoring tools, multimedia editing software, and LMS administration

Expertise in all things video—creating GIFs, editing videos, tracking the success of on-demand/ self-directed videos

Advanced experience with Camtasia and Snagit

Advanced experience with all Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise, etc.)

Visual design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or other tools) and the ability to storyboard

Proficiency with webinar technologies (e.g., Zoom, or other tools)

Experience with in-app tools (e.g., Pendo, Walkme, or other tools)

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus

Exceptional presentation skills and interpersonal/communication skills (oral and written)

Self-starter with an established track record of effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines and working in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
