Responsibilities

Responsible for the management and support of global Manufacturing Execution Systems across the Company, including business engagement, applications design and development, QA, and applications architecture

Lead a diverse team to support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for High Volume Assembly and Fab production across all sites

Develop and maintain relationships with business partner organizations to understand their requirements, develop priorities, and manage expectations

Deliver highly scalable and reliable business applications, excellent customer service, efficient operations, and industry-leading metrics

Collaborate with business partners and IT peers to define service levels

Educate the company’s global business community on the various features and capabilities of MES, and expand general knowledge of MES within the company

Define business objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) to measure MES effectiveness

Review and analyze existing applications’ effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for improvement or leveraging these systems

Contribute to decisions on project and infrastructure needs, including the evaluation of languages, development tools, platforms, and frameworks

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Operations Research/Industrial Engineering

Experience in Shop Floor (Production, Quality, Maintenance, and/or Warehouse) and Advanced Process Control and Systems implementation in a manufacturing environment preferably in Fab and High Volume Assembly manufacturing

12+ years of experience implementing mission-critical applications solutions using Microsoft technologies

Strong hands-on experience with MES technologies, including automated data collection, visualization, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing

Experience in integration of MES with PLC and ERP

Preferred

Campstar upgrade experience is highly desired
