Responsibilities

Serve as a key resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for developing scalable, automated NLP and ML solutions.

Build machine learning and NLP models for Workhuman NLP/AI products.

Write and maintain a library of reusable algorithms and code for transparent and reproducible research efforts.

Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to exchange information efficiently.

Experiment with NLP techniques and ML frameworks to enhance Workhuman's AI products.

Set up experiments to evaluate NLP approaches and models, understanding performance metrics and trade-offs.

Address ethical, bias, and fairness challenges in NLP models to ensure compliance with standards.

Translate technical concepts to non-technical employees for informed decision-making.

Stay updated on the latest research, tools, and best practices in AI.

Required

4+ years of industry experience working with NLP or AI products

Programming skills in Python

Experience building Generative AI solutions and chatbots, including proficiency in the use of frameworks like LangChain and LLamaIndex and experience doing prompt engineering and validation of Generative AI Solutions

Experience with state-of-art machine learning and natural language processing toolkits such as Sklearn, Gensim, Spacy, NLTK, etc

Experience with at least one of the deep learning toolkits, such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras, etc

Experience developing products that utilize advanced machine learning and NLP techniques along with transitioning those solutions from the development environment into the production environment
