Responsibilities
Lead solution design workshops, analyze and understand customer's needs, and design solutions using Transporeon modules and best practices.
Document process flows, participate in customer communications, and produce deliverables like functional and technical specifications.
Coordinate technical personnel, support internal and customer testing, configure and release systems in cooperation with stakeholders, and ensure smooth transitions to support teams.

Required
College/business degree (e.g. computer science, IT)
At least two years’ experience in IT as a Technical Consultant, software developer or programmer, a Software Support Engineer or in supply chain management
Strong technical knowledge with outstanding communication skills
Legally able to work in the US
Minimal travel 10%
Preferred
Experience in integrating multiple systems using different technologies
Ability to read Java code and prepare XML configuration
Previous experience in SaaS ideally in logistics, transportation or freight
